The CVJ Committee is a mixed integration body regulated by the National Water Law, related guidelines and internal regulations. It is made up of representatives of agencies at the three levels of government, water users, representatives of civil society organizations (CSOs), neighborhoods and neighborhoods; human rights, ecological vocation, gender and indigenous organizations, social development and academic and research centers. It serves as an interdisciplinary space for planning, decision-making and comprehensive management of the basin.

“Que los habitantes reconozcan la importancia de la cuenca y aprendan a convivir armónicamente con ella”.

Contribuir a restaurar, mantener y vigilar la cuenca.

Promover, generar, gestionar y obtener los recursos necesarios para las acciones que requiera el mantenimiento y el desarrollo sustentable de la cuenca.
3.-
Establecer una compaña permanen- te de comunicación y educación sobre la importancia de la cuenca.
MISSION
To be a space for well-informed, purposeful participation and decision-making in the integral management of the basin, where civil society and government sectors (state, municipal and federal) are represented that work together, for the benefit of the population of the basin and the natural environment.
VISION
As citizens, work in a coordinated way in the management and promotion of the integral management of the Jovel valley basin, to guarantee that future generations enjoy the natural resources and environmental services that come from it and lead to a better quality of life, to us and our children.
